Hailing from the Salt Lake valley, 1990bling (Josh Helbling) curates music featuring west coast rap influences, heavy use of samples, r&b influences, east coast rap influences and electronica influences. For over 20 years, Josh has been an institution for the Skateboarding scene in Salt Lake City. While working in skate shops, Josh (or as one of his monikers) would drop his mixtapes and beat CD’s on youngsters, putting them up on the necessities of taste and culture. At FOUNTAINavm, we celebrate culture and authenticity, and 1990bling has been cultivating both for decades.
